Steps to Apply for Learner's License
- Visit parivahan.gov.in → Driving Licence → Apply for Learner's Licence
- Select your state and RTO
- Fill Form 1 (medical fitness) and Form 2 (application)
- Upload photo, signature, age proof, and address proof
- Pay fee (₹200 approx, varies by state)
- Book slot for online LL test (30 MCQ questions)
- Pass the test — LL issued instantly as PDF
- LL is valid for 6 months — apply for permanent DL within this period
Age Requirement: 16+ for gearless 2-wheelers (with parent consent), 18+ for all other vehicles
